Forest Grove Light and Power

Forest Grove Light and Power is the municipal electric utility for the city of Forest Grove, a member of the Oregon Municipal Electric Utilities Association. Unlike PGE-served suburbs in the Portland metro, Forest Grove customers may not be eligible for Energy Trust of Oregon Trade Ally rebates because ETO incentives historically apply to PGE and PacifiCorp customers.
